We are a family-owned construction company established in 2016 with a reliable workforce and subcontractors. After designing, building and selling luxury homes on the greater Eastside, we are now accepting remodeling projects to build your dream home.
OUR SERVICES + CURRENT ESTIMATE RANGES
Kitchen Design + Remodel: $45,000 - $150,000 (depending upon appliances)
Whole Home Renovation: $250/sf (can vary depending upon finish level between $175-$300/sf)
New Home and/or Additions: $350-500/sf (depending upon finish level)
Decks: $75/sf
